This pattern is suitable for beginners, as long as you know how to operate your sewing machine. The easy to follow step-by-step photo tutorial will guide you through every step.
This pattern is for sizes tiny baby up to 18-24 month, all sizes will last longer because of the grow-along nature of our designs.
Ideally you would be using an overlocker/serger, however you can make the Leggy Pants using a standard sewing machine.
This is a PDF download to be printed by you, make sure that you have the print size set to 100% (no scaling) to make sure your pattern prints correctly! The file prints across 7 pages.
You'll need: Hat Top: 0.2 m, min width 45 cm. Hat Trim: 0.2m, min width 45 cm. Bib: 0.25m, min width 40 cm. (Or x2 0.25m, min width 20 cm if making the front bib out of separate pieces like I did) Bib backing/lining: 0.25m, min width 40 cm. Some snapper buttons or velcro.
