Baby Bodysuit Sewing Pattern - Free UK Shipping!

Regular price £9.50 Sale

Being a mum, I know just how precious time is. That's why I made this printed sewing pattern really easy to use! All sizes are drawn separately, so you can skip the tedious tracing and go straight to the fun part... Just cut out the size you need and get sewing!

This long sleeved vest is designed to grow along into the next size up, at least! The sleeves are extra long with fold-over cuffs and I've added an extra row of snapper buttons as the bottom, so the length is adjustable.

• You can keep all sizes, no tracing!
• Sizes from Newborn to 9-12Months
• The pattern is printed a sheet of A0 paper, the tutorial on a separate A2 sheet
• Step-by-step photo tutorial will guide you through every step
• Overlocker not essential
• Add a labelled box for storing your pattern pieces, makes a great gift!

UK orders placed before 2.30pm will *usually* be posted on the same day, and arrive the next day. Don't want to wait at all? It's also available as an instant download: (soon)

What you'll need:

• Fabric requirements, jerseys only (min width 0.9m)
Newborn & 0-3 M: 0.5m
3-6M, 6-9M, & 9-12 M: 0.6m

• Strip for trims, 30cm length, 0.9m width.
Ribbing (rib knit jersey) will give you the best result. Alternatively you could also cut the trims out of the same fabric as the bodysuit, (or a different jersey fabric) as long as it has good stretch & recovery!

• Jersey needle
• Twin needle (optional)
• Snapper buttons (pronged/KAMS/sew-on)

This pattern is suitable for adventurous beginners and has some fiddly bits. If you are totally new to sewing, why not have a go at making our Leggy Pants first?

Have you seen the fabric section? You can buy your fabrics right here and have everything sent out together!

Legal Bit:
Designing, drawing and making patterns takes a lot of time and effort... It's not just a hobby, this is my livelihood!
I create these grow-along sewing patterns to use in my other line of business, which is (you guessed it!) handmade clothing. You are therefore not allowed to sell items made with this pattern.
You’re not allowed to transfer the pattern to another party. This pattern and tutorial are protected by copyright laws, so don’t share your copy of this pattern and instructions with others, but refer people to me instead! (That way I can keep making more patterns, instead of getting a supermarket job)
